    Request Review
    Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

    Pickup & Inspection
    If approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3 working days and inspect the item.

    Refund or Replacement 
    If eligible, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method.
    Alternatively, a replacement will be sent as agreed
